Our pricing structure and terms:
Normal fees are: $1,000.00 plus $100.00 per
building shown on map (no charge for exact duplicates shown from the
same angle).
Nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of
the project, based on the quote provided by Bird's Eye View.
The balance is payable within 30 days of
completion and final billing.
Any changes, modifications or corrections made
after your final approval will be billed at additional cost, at an
hourly fee.
Copyright on map will be held by client, not by
Bird's Eye View. This allows you to use the map in any promotional,
fundraising, educational or customer-service materials that you desire.
A small unobtrusive Bird's Eye View logo and email address will be
included on the finished map.
At the clients request, the artist may travel to
the site for inspection, photography and preliminary drawings. Client
will pay all related travel expenses.
Ask about complementing your map with:
1. Photographs of your facilities, both exterior and interior
2. Detailed drawings of specific facilities
3. 360 degree panoramic views of your site and interiors spaces
4. Displaying your map on your web site with hot links to photos and
descriptions.
